Flagship Sino-Swiss Model 942-Y: High-performance Slant-bed multi‑task turn-mill center:
The Schaublin 942-Y features dual spindles and two 12-station live tool turrets. Equipped with two Swiss-made high-precision spindles that deliver high torque and power, it ensures both ultra-precise cutting performance and high productivity, with geometric accuracy of better than 0.5 μm.
The 9‑Series features high-precision radial turrets on both the main and sub spindles, equipped with VDI‑30 Trifix precision interfaces. These 12-station full live-tool turrets are driven by integrated‑motor units, delivering live‑tool speeds up to 12,000 rpm. An optional rigid, thermally stable bed structure is also available, purpose-engineered for high-precision machining applications.
202TG: All‑in‑One Turn‑Mill‑Grind Center
The Schaublin 202TG features 8-axis CNC control, with spindle runout better than 0.5 µm and hard‑turning capability for materials up to HRC 65. It can be fitted with a 12-station VDI‑16 turret and 6 live tools for milling operations. A servo-programmable tailstock is also available to enable complex machining tasks.
Featuring a proprietary dual‑channel architecture, this machine enables simultaneous turning, milling and grinding operations. Its internal‑grinding spindle achieves a top rotational speed of 60 000 rpm, with all core machining functionalities fully integrated into one compact machine platform.
302: High Precision Flat-bed CNC Lathe
Compact and flexible, the 302 machining unit enables economical operation for small-to-medium batch production. Merging contemporary and traditional design principles, it is equipped with the Fanuc Oi TF control system to support high‑volume automated production runs.
225TMi-CNC: High-Precision Gang-Tool CNC Lathe
The 225TMi-CNC is a high-precision gang-tool lathe that supports both handwheel‑operated manual mode and CNC digital control. Merging the usability of conventional lathes with modern CNC functionality, it delivers intuitive, flexible operation. Its exceptional precision, structural rigidity and vibration‑damping performance enable reliable hard‑turning of materials up to HRC 65.
